These terms cover your use of deployedengineers.com. By signing up, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What the program is
Deployed Engineers is a self-paced training program for data and AI engineers, with optional live office hours and a certificate on completion. The learning journey and basic chat support are free.
Membership
Membership is a one-time payment that unlocks live weekly office hours, priority responses in chat, and eligibility for the completion certificate. It is not a subscription and does not renew. We may change the price for new members at any time; that never changes what you already paid.
We aim to hold office hours weekly, but sessions may be rescheduled or occasionally skipped. Membership buys access to the program, not a guaranteed number of sessions.
No guarantee of employment
We help you build real, visible skills and we introduce members to companies that are hiring. We cannot and do not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary, or any particular outcome. Nothing here is an offer of employment.
The certificate
The certificate recognises that you completed this program. It is issued at our discretion when the work is genuinely done. It is not an academic qualification and is not accredited by any external body. We may revoke a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. One account per person.
Acceptable use
Please do not abuse other participants or our team, scrape or attempt to break the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove access if you do.
Course material
The guides, exercises, and materials are ours and are for your own learning. Please do not republish or resell them. Anything you write or build yourself stays yours.
Third-party tools
The program asks you to use external platforms, such as a cloud data warehouse trial and a video conferencing tool. Those have their own terms and their own costs, which are your responsibility. Free trial credits are set by the provider, not by us.
Availability
We work to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue parts of the program.
Liability
The program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income or lost opportunity.

Changes
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and email you if a change is significant.
